Verdion’s iPort Rail has been shortlisted for Rail Magazine’s 2018 National Rail Awards, in the category of Freight & Logistics Achievement of the Year.
The National Rail Awards is an important networking event for the industry, and this particular category sets out to recognise a ‘major new contribution to rail freight or logistics involving use of rail’.
BBC Breakfast’s Steph McGovern is set to host and the judging panel is once again led by former Rail Regulator, John Swift QC, FCILT.
John said: “The National Rail Awards occupies a special position as the industry’s best-known and best-supported awards scheme and promotes best practice within the railway.
I encourage all those firms and individuals within the railway industry to continue to support the scheme with enthusiasm and pride in your achievements”.
The results of the awards will be announced in a ceremony that will take place on September 13th at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Further information is available at http://bit.ly/2LLuxPh
